The Living Minutes Program is the framework by which the Living Minutes Lifestyle is lived on a daily basis. The Living Minutes Lifestyle is based on the concepts of mindfulness in order to guide you on a path of self-discovery and personal growth in the pursuit of joyful life harmony.
The Program is based on three primary concepts: Living Minutes, Mindful Moments, and Nurturing Meditations. You will learn how to use this arsenal as you create a new path in life and become your own Life Captain in the process.
The first step in the process is to master the Living Minutes. The Minutes help you rediscover who you are, balance your priorities, and start you on a path of a healthier and more mindful way of life. You will begin to actively live life instead of letting it pass you by, learning more about yourself as you learn to appreciate living in the present moment. You can learn about the Living Minutes in my book, Just a Minute! or in one of my online courses available through the Living Minutes Academy (grand opening soon! Dec 2022/Jan 2023 anticipated opening.)
The final two steps of the program are outlined in my second book, Just a Moment!, which will be made available within the next few months. After you have mastered the Living Minutes, you will be introduced to the concepts of mindful living through Mindful Moments and Nourishing Meditations. After completing the program outlined in this book, you will be your very own Life Captain!

Daniel de Lill, PhD is an award-winning author, lauded professor, internationally-acclaimed scientist, and accomplished life coach. An overachiever, Captain Dan has learned a variety of hacks and tricks that allow him to juggle the responsibilities of the modern age with the joys of leading a meaningful life. His passion is to help others actually live their lives in today’s demanding world.
Life Captain Dan received bachelor's degrees in French and chemistry from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania (2000) and his master's and doctorate degrees (2006, 2008) from The George Washington University (Inorganic/Materials Chemistry). He was a National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Nevada, Reno before beginning his academic career in Florida in 2010.
Captain Dan has also received certifications in Life Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Additionally, he has taken advanced coursework in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Coaching, Life Purpose Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, which together form the foundations of his coaching methodology and are central to the Living Minutes program.
